I''m sure most of you have witnessed the huge interest modeling community showed for Live Resin and their 3D printed 1/35 weapon sets in the last couple of weeks. The CAD drawings and first resin prototypes definitely seemed like a revolution in detail... Armorama is proud to be the first to review some of Live Resin weapon sets. I had a look at Mario's at these and everything said in the review goes. The ridiculous amount of detail in these are something to be seen. There will be more review of Live Resin products soon so stay alert for these. Tiny details are yet to be seen

I think some US shops have a price of about 8-9 USD and I still have no clue what's the price going to be in Hong Kong webshops which I frequently use... I got some samples for review, but I'm definitely going to get more as these really are outstanding.

Firstly, Maki, thanks for the incredibly competent Review.

Secondly, i'm delighted to see an actual look at their products. Frankly, i'm gobsmacked. Sometimes there is so much hype about a new release, that when it finally arrives, it can be a real letdown.

This clearly ISN'T the case here.

Other (resin) manufacturers have done extraordinary work with items like this. This though is a completely new 'evolutionary' event.

I'm looking forward to seeing what they do next and particularly looking forward to their WWII weapons and equipment.

Live resin is doing rapid 3D prototyping ??

Sorry my brain is in safe mode these days.
So why we dont see the small lines due to 3D printers ??
Or i missed something here.

I believe it's due to the cost of the 3d printing hardware, software and the person behind the CAD design

I'm with you Jim! Live Resin's website shows M1 Garands and bayonets, so hopefully we won't have to wait too long to see some WWII weapons available.
