Gents,

Do any of the kit versions of this model contain the dust cover for the gun?

Thanks

None of them have the mantel cover, AFV Club released it as an aftermarket item. The cover can made to tissue paper soaked in PVA glue and water.

I try in the past to talk with them so they will put at least in the Israeli versions the dust covers but I fail. It was too much work for them to do so since the first version (australian) was done without it.

But if you are building the IDF CEnturion Shot Kal than some of them during the war lost the dust cover and you can build those specific tanks if you dont want to make a scratch, see www.sabingamartin.com for my book on the Shot Kal centurions in IDF service.

Bugger I just bought one too, thought they would have fixed this omission by now.

I tell you I get so frustrated by this seeming industry norm that you buy a kit and THEN buy all the extras to make it into what it should be !
