With all the talk of SAS jeeps lately, I thought many would like to see whats in the box of Legends all new SAS jeep conversion set, LF1233.

That exacto knife is there for comparison of how much resin you get in the box! Remember, there is enough in here to do 2 full jeeps.
Looking through the set, I see very little “repeat” from other sets. The highlight is the civilian tread pattern wheels, something that has never been done for jeeps in 1/35 before. The look is perfect, and you get 4 front wheels and 2 spares. (you also get the same in the separate wheel set). The spares have the locking plate molded on (just like the kit), and it would have been nice if it was molded without, but oh well…
Weapons all look good, though a few will need some gentle heat/hot water to get perfectly straight. An extra Vickers is included. 50 cal looks nice, as does the MP40.
Well for the rest, ill let the pictures do the talking. Enjoy…

Thanks for the preview Andy, the set looks great. I'm definitely going to get this along with a couple of Tamiya jeeps now!

I have a question regarding the instructions though: Occasionally some Legends instructions miss out part/steps in the instructions, so whats this one like?

Cheers
