Hi all,
Wasn’t really sure where to post this (here or in constructive feedback), anyway this here is my first resin figure. It’s a 1/35th scale fig from Evolution (and I must add: The details are superb), and it’s a Russian anti-tank soldier. Unfortunately I snapped the anti tank rifle that came with the kit (as I was trying to remove the flash lines), so I had to use a plastic one and I substituted a hand from another plastic set.
Apart from that the figure came together nicely, painted it with Tamiya acrylics and oils where used for the shadows and seams (first time I use oils too). Pastels where used to weather the figure, the base is an old mixing plate covered in celluclay. I hope you guys like it and forgive my lengthy introduction ^^ .

I really want to improve my skills at painting figures, so any advice or comment would be appreciated!!

Regards,

Pics are very dark but from what I can see it looks very good. I don't think the eyes look right though- I know it's very difficult- and I couldn't do any better. I usually just paint a dark shadow line
