I have just spoken to John at Showcase Model and as of 1430 Oz time he has informed me that the kits are still two - three weeks away (awaiting loading into a container in China). He is sorry for the delay but at the moment it is out of his control. The good news is that he is getting thousands of kits in and will be filling all pre-orders before distributing them to other retailers.

I don't mean any harm by making this statement, but unfortunately we have been hearing this same story for about a year now. I do absolutely believe he will fulfill the orders and pre-orders, however I wouldn't be one to take any timeline seriously.

But here's to hoping I'm wrong and you're right.

They certainly do seem to be having a problem with whoever is manufacturing the kits for them in China. BUT, they never took any money from anyone, so there's really no harm done.. just the long wait in anticipation
