I'm looking for a good 1/35 commander figure for a late war (winter) Stug project.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Both Tank and Andrea have a number of figures that are more than suitable. If the price seems prohibitive, I think that you will agree that the quality is well worth it. Good Luck!

The Stug commander from the Warriors 35068 Waffen SS Stug Crew 1942 - 45 would be a good choice.
