Hi all,
I have posted a review of this new set on my site.To summarize it, I would say this set is nicely engraved and cast BUT has a major flaw, the horn guides are too long and prevent a good fit around the sprocket at least the Alanger and Eastern Express ones.

He Oliver, thanks for sharing this review. Its a real pity about the guide horns- does the fit on the Eastern Express sprocket look very bad? Do you think the horns could be sanded/filed/cut down to size easily?

Karl,
I really think it will be quite easy to sand the necessary horn guides. It would have been fair from Sector 35 to check this point as most of the BMD kits currently available come from the East. Thus they would have either adapted their product or added a new sprocket.
But I won't bash this new manufacturer on the base of this sole experience. Their range is already wide and maybe other sets will be reviewed here that could help give an overall and fair opinion.

You should try on zvezda bmd kits: eastern expres and alanger has wrong sprocket. This set seems to be pirated copy of Masterclub tracks.

Thanks a lot for the review Olivier. I bought Master club track links but I haven't tried their fitting with Skif wheels

Anton,
I made the test on a Zvezda sprocket and as you can see on the picture, the result is far from better !

Hi Anton,
here is one picture with a ruler. It compares the Alanger link with the Sector35. You can see the latter being quite "longer".
