colour tips for t-34 tank tracks

can any one share their tips for doing t-34 tank tracks I've done them a rust colour but think it might be to much how do you paint yours up cheers

I usually First paint the complete tracks with gun metal (the Aerosol gunmetal from Tamyia especially for the lazy people like me :-) )
The I do a really thinck drybrush with Rust colors.. different tones of rust brown.
Then I do a wash with Dark grey... So dark that it`s not that far from Black, let that dry
Then Drybrush lightly with Silver.. I do all my tracks this way and it looks quite good in my opnion.

For me, and I am a Russian freek, I start off the tracks in a dark to meadium earth then do the burnt ubmer and seanna washes with finishing gun-metal and silver for the outer edges.
