Andrij-

The vehicle in question is Toyota Helix SCV (basically modified Toyota Hilux Double Cab) used by Czech special forces (SOG) in Afghanistan until 2003(?). Here you can find a lot more pictures including many detail shots (scroll down):

Note that MK Models makes a full resin kit of this variant.

.pardon my ignorance, bee, I've not been able to keep track on the forum postings recently...

Hi Nick

I believe you can't use Meng pick-up to build the very same Toyota pictured above as this kit depicts an older variant...

GRRRRRR So the Meng Pickup cannot be used as any Allied SF in Iraq or Astan?

So the Czechs use the Warpig and Quad as well?

SOG definitely used quads, specifically Bombardier Outlander.

I doubt the Warpig though. if you are referring to the guntruck on some of the photos it is actually modified Tatra truck - T-815 4x4 SOT). Note that MK Models makes a neat full resin kit of this beast as well.

My apologizes for hijacking the thread...
