I would say either M577 or M1068 command vehicle?

IMHO, these can be M1068s as well. Even though all M577A3s are to be fitted with a 5.0 KW auxiliary power unit, just like M1068s, I guess many A3 were still fitted with the 4.2 KW generator set back in 2003...

They could be M577A3s or M1068A3s. Exrernally, they are the same.

The biggest difference is the name. They are basically the same vehicle. The M1068A3 has a few different internal changes in the power distribution system, but that is about it.
