Hi all,I'm actually modelling this one...it still needs some care but it's on the way.Let me know what do you think and what I can do to correct errors.I really hope that hobbyboss release the cv9040c.....and I don't know why nobody has released a conversion or a new turret for this one...
Regards

Howdy Ciro,

Can't help you with the details as I'm not very familiar with the 9040 but I really like what you've done to it so far! The brush on the front and all. Hopefully some of the other Swedes here will give some constructive comments. (I assume you have some thoughts how to takle the sinkmarks on the engine cover)

Looking forward to see this with some paint. Don't forget to take the chance to display it were it belongs: in Sweden . Last weekend of October:

Cheers,
/E

hi Mauro and Erik, thank you....I'm trying to follow the indications from books that comes from Combat Vehicle 90 and tankograd CV90 in swedish service plus some walkaround here and there.
Sinkmarks on the engine cover are a bad thing...it's difficut to fix cause the "holes" are near the antislip segment and to add putty seems no to be the best solution.
Mine cv90 will be covered with some ropes that run along the hull and on the sides.
These ropes are used to fix the barracuda net that swedish use over their CV,I've a picture with only these ropes so I'll put one of this along the sinkmarks and I hope to cover it.A bit tricky but it will be ok(I hope).
Sweden is in my list of countries for an holiday but this month I've just a trip to Barcellona(and maybe I can see the Barça team!!)
Not enough money to go also in Sweden!!!!!!
Thank you guys!!
Cheers

....altrimenti detta "gran sfiga"

Ne ho due di Cv90 ed entrambi hanno lo stesso difetto!
I've two kits of cv90 and both have the same issue.

I think it's a problem of the first batch cause I've seen some cv without this problem.
Once painted it's hard to spot cause the splinter camo doesn't allow to get all the details and if I'm not wrong in the area of the sinkmark the paint is the black one so,,,plus I'll add the famous rope and I think problem will be solved!
Cheers
