The engine block and cylinder head would be unpainted aluminum.
In the handful of wartime photos of the engine the valve covers appear to be unpainted steel (or perhaps "lacquer" washed with a semi transparent protective coating?).
Radiators appear to have been either unpainted or black.
Fuel lines appear to have been yellow and compressed air lines blue though for much of the war I suspect they were unpainted at least inside the engine compartment. From recovered tanks these lines appear to have been either copper or steel (copper for fuel and steel for cooling and oil, etc?).
The transmission was also unpainted aluminum with its steel components painted black, or so it appears based again on recovered wartime examples.
I would warn against using photos of post war tanks as a guide since conventions changed after the '40s and Czech and Polish produced T-34s seem to have been painted differently than those made by the Soviets.
(For instance white engine compartments simply did not happen during WWII).
