Hy folks!

I want to build (honestly I'm just on it ) the Dragon IS-2, model 1943 (with the 122mm gun), but not he M-Version of this tank, you know !
Anyway, is it possible that a few of these tanks had some sentences like " death to all fascists" or anything thing like that on their turret (or anywhere else) like how it can be seen on many T-34.

Are there any good reference photos?

There is a book called Soviet Camofloge, but at this time, I can not find it and do not remember if it has exactly what you are looking for.

Another location is Russian Battlefield and they have some excellent war-time shots.

Lastly, some of the slogans I posted an article on (at another web site) were taken from war-time shots and a few conversations with ex-soldiers. Check this out: Russian Slogans on WW2ModelMaker

First Thx for the excellent information! The site was unknown to me, but it's very useful!
The slogans are nice too.
(Please think instead of "sentences" "slogans" in my first post! I wasn't able to find the right word then )
My question is now, if the IS-2 had these slogans! Because of their "late" appearing on the war I am not sure if I can do this!

yes, I think there are some senteces, because I saw these on a lot of differenet types of soviet tanks, but is better if you try to find some reference photos
