I am looking for a 1/35 or 1/72 kit of an M915A1 and flat bed if possible. I can find one but it is a scary $200++. Any help??

Nope, the Miniman Factory M915A1 is the only M915A1 in any scale that I know of. It is pricey since it is a small-run resin kit.
It is a nice kit though.

On a side note, Trident has released one in 1/87th scale...

If you're in a hurry, Miniman has released a M872 trailer (kit #MMF 35002) :
...But Trumpeter has recently announced one as well, along with a M915 :
Another option : Real Model M969 fuel trailer (even though it's usually towed by a 5-ton, 6X6 tractor like the M931/M932 ) :
