Hello there, this is my latest kit. A panther F. I tried lots of techniques on this one. I hope you enjoy the photos.

This is a very well put together model, I feel the weathering is a little heavy due to the very limited time they would have been in service. However the main thing is that you are happy with it well done.

Since the panther F was a paper panzer in my book (aside from the turrets produced), I think this is a really fun build.

The suspension and tracks look amazing. The highlights on the chevrons and the wheels really set it off. I also like the dirty rear hull. With all the dirty being kicked up and the hot exhausts, that area is bound for some awsome weathering!

Thanks for sharing with us.

@mark: The Patton Museum (according to curator J.Lemmon) has in it's posession a Panther II hull/running gear with a standard panther turret, so hulls (at least one) were produced. When I was there it was parked next to that Stug. they got from a Russian swamp.

Thank you for the kind words. I know it's a paper panzer and that's why I have tried several techniques on this one due to its queer existance in the battle fields. Actually the hull was made but the rest. I'm reaching to higher levels every time I build a new kit. Taking pics of those kits is another fun project for me

Cheers
