How hard would it be to turn these winter figures to summer figures?

I'm no expert,but I would say it wouldn't be worth the time and work.
To shave down all the uniforms and rework them,the hands would need to be changed,etc.
With the over abundance of German W11 figures out there why would you want to bother?Not sure what you plan to do with them,but if it's a dio it certainly would be easier to make it a winter scene.

Or you could just build a Russian spring diorama. No more snow, but people still wore winter gear.
