There doesn't seem to be a standard as to the marking color......other than White or Yellow.
in 1/35 scale the markings would be
illegible....@1" tall in 1:1 scale that's approx .03 tall in 1/35 scale.

Good reference..
Does anybody know a good general source for stenceling to use on these cases. I god the old Verlinden dry-transfers, but I'm still looking for stenceling for the 25mm cases..

Just a note.......Some of the ones I call 20mm are also used for 40mm grenades (as they hold more)
