Hi model friends,
here´s one of my latest works. It is the yugoslav T-34/85M in 1/35 scale, representing a vehicle that was involved during JNA operations in autumn 1991. The kit was made OOB from the very rare Dragon "NAM-Series" T-34/85M. Only few things were scratchbuild, like the gun-cover and the opened barrel holding. I used a figure from Academy´s set of Israeli modern tank crew for a a conversion to a JNA tank commander and the incredible good HORNETS soviet postwar tanker head set.
The other tanker, showing/reporting to the brigade´s major was made from the Zvezda set, and the major itself from a combination of an ICM figure and a HORNET heads - soviet pilotka set. One detail that left is a small machine gun mounted at the tank commander´s shoulder strap. Will install it later.
I hope you´ll enjoy it.

That's a GREAT job!
And figures look impressive
Congrats!
A question for you
What have you used to replicate the JNA green on your tank?
I have to complete A JNA t-55 (1991 Ten day war) and I stll have somo doubts about the green which I could use for the camo
Many thanks in advance for any kind reply, and congrats again

Hi Mauro,
the so called Yugoslav "SMB" (sivo-maslinasta-boja) is a lightly faded olive drab. Therefore I always use this combination from Revell enamel or Aqua color:
mix two parts Revell "362" with one part "45". It will abolutely match the JNA color. No doubts on it.

Thanks a million for the recipe Nemad
Unfortunately I can't get Revell colors but at least now i know the name of the color and I can do some researches on internet to find the closest FSC reference
