Hard to say that when comparing something that has multiple tones of highlights and low lights.
That is what the color is intended to replicate is WWII Russian uniforms, and the one color alone obviously won't look like that picture, but lightening and darkening the color for the high and low lights will.

There is a special color set of vallejo panzer aces set (i think its no 4) for that uniform set. Also andrea has a russian uniform color, but i don't know if thats for sale now...

Panzer Aces set is for Russian Tankers.
The Andrea set basically starts with Russian Green (when the set was produced, Vallejo was making the paint for them, and was actually the same color as Russian Uniform in the Vallejo line) and then 2 darker variants, and 2 lighter variants (or maybe it was 3 of each), of the same color. Something that is easily done yourself by darkening or lightening the base color rather than buying a whole set of paint you might use once or twice (unless you plan on a large amount of Russian figures).
