You can try finding the resin Mig Productions one, it's a turret complete with a cobblestone street and pillbox buried inside, with the dug-up stones used as extra protection. Hauler make a stand-alone 1/48 one. Another easy option is find a cheap Panther kit, like a DML orange box, and use that - with a leftover chassis as a bonus future project. (or simply "bury" the complete tank, which was also done as a last desperate measure).
Try googling "Pantherturm" as well, it may bring more results. I made an ok looking one using the ancient Tamiya turret with an extra armour roof plate and shield, and a styrene and putty pillbox.
