I have just purchased some 1/35 Aber MG34 barrels and would like to know how you would approach painting these little gems? Any help would be appreciated.

I picked this up in AeroScale forum when I did a WWI bird recently and I think it looked great. 1st paint if flat black then brush it with graphite from a pencil. These are 1/32 Aber Spandau PE updates.

I agree, I paint them NATO black or Dunkelgrau and hit them with graphite.

Excellent information from you both. Those WW1 guns look great. I will definitely use that method. Thank you.
