Cromwell's products have had some supply issues. My suggestion would be to continue looking for a retailer rather than going through the company itself.

Supply issues thats a good one. This company has ripped of many of our members. If Gordon thinks he can get away with taking your money without delivering anything in return, he will. He is a common theif! I just can't understand why Armorama continues to give Cromwell exposure.
I bet if I stared a petition to boycott Cromwell, member support would back me up.

Len, this review was submitted by the reviewer. Armorama's policy is to accept all reviews from people who will take their own time to do this. It is in no way an endorsement of Cromwell, nor do we continue to provide news of Cromwell products.

That having been said, Cromwell's products continue to circulate in the marketplace, and hobbyists purchase them. Therefore it's part of our job to review these kinds of things.

Oh, for God's sake, leave it out. Jason bought the model himself, submitted it as a Review and the Review Staff published it.

This Review reflects the opinions of the Reviewer, it does not serve as any kind of validation or implicit support for Cromwell. It's a R-E-V-I-E-W not an endorsement, not a fluff piece, the opinions of one modeler.

This is nothing more than hijacking a thread. Did you even buy anything from Cromwell or is this the usual pavlovian reaction of the Peanut Gallery?

Any more irrelevancies in this thread and i'll be deleting the posts.

Clear enough?

Yes, you are off topic which is why I deleted the rest of your post. If you want to discuss business practices, start a separate thread.

Do not ruin the hard work of this reviewer (which, by the way, you already have) by posting your personal gripes here.

Post edited as once again a litany of irrelevant nonsense

Can the original reviewer say how he got the model?

Just edit out peoples own personal experiences of this potentially good seller but whose business model sucks.

He might read these comments and invest in his customer service and end up not only making good products but delivering as well.
