italian fountain in process

this is the project that Iīm working now a fountain embebed in a curved wall. I take a plastic can and cut half of this. I cover it with a first layer of cork a second of newspaper a a tirdh of spackle. I sanded the last with very fine sandpaper. The result itīs a ligth battered texture.
The ornaments are make with plastic devices, little tubes and girl hair ornaments modefied
soon I can put more photos

Nice work.I love to see scratch made buildings.It's amazing how modellers can see a use for something most people couldn't be bothered with.

Have often looked at my daughters toys and wondered how I could use small pieces of them!! Thankfully I have resisted cutting into them so far!

in fact I buy this in a chinese shop in girls section. I was too time seeing in detail what I want and ... well, a middle aged men seeing too time things for girls itīs suspicious.
I feel some sigths from others clients in the shop. Fortunately my wife that was with me finished itīs shopping and rescue me

Fantastic progress Carlos. Need to look more in hobby shops ... the decorated paper strips have added so much detail to the scene. On the initial piece, the outer columns, that have the grey pipe are not supporting anything yet ... will be interesting to see how this develops!!
