It is Engines of the Red Army and also new Engines of the Wehrmacht.
The author is a former military modeller who is a commercial artist and thus the illustrations are top notch.
In the Engines of the Red Army site is a coloured illustration of a wrecked GAZ vehicle that might serve to inspire you to duplicate it for a dio.
