Information needed for a Sherman Duplex Drive

Hi everyone

I'm very interested in building a Duplex Drive Sherman in 1/72 and not sure how. I'm pretty sure there is no kits for this option so it would have to be scratch built. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this or have already done it themselves?

Thanks for that Harald. I would love to know how he did that.... Those photos should come in handy if and when the time comes to build this.

Millicast have some US & UK DD Shermans in their Premier range, de-frocked, stowed & skirts-up!

Pricey but very well detailed.
