Omar, nice start! I'll be watching this as I have the same kit in my stash. How did the forming of the PE around the sprocket go? I've read somewhere that it's quite difficult to get it nice and even?
Cheers!

Hi Stefan
It´s so difficult to doble the PE. I used the handle of the little screwdriver, and my fingers. I gave the end touch wtih much patient.-
Cheers, Omar

I`ve made one of these and have another in the stash and i found the hull top the hardest part to deal with, because, despite the strengtheners that Bronco added to this part, it was still warped.
Not the most difficult thing to overcome, just a pain in the backside.
I found it easier to add the drivers compartment parts before adding the hull top to the bottom
Don`t forget to take care when handling the tiny wing-nuts for the engine deck, the carpet monster awaits.
Apart from that i thought it was a good kit to build, despite individual track links, which i hate with a passion.
good work so far.

Good work so far.
I think that when i do mine i shall replace the POL cans on the back as the kit ones are not that well represented.

Hi Omar,
Nice work so far and interesting to see this one being built. I don't have the kit as I haven't yet got around to building the first offering yet, but I'll be following to see how this one goes together.
Cheers

I think the same...
One question?
Are the grates in the hull of this model?
Because the MKIII have them.
Can some one help me?

I have only seen one photo of these cruisers from above showing the engine decks and no mesh grills were fitted, so i left them off mine and will leave them off this one when i build it.
Just my observation and not 100% certainty.

The support of the antena was very difficult to do ...
I imagine so. That looks like some serious time. Must be satisfying to get it out of the way. I'm still using two razorblades to make bends. Do you have a tool or are you as frugal as me?

Nice build so far Omar. Very clean ... doesn´t look like the difficult parts caused you too much problem. The antenna support looks a very tasty detail.

I spent 3 hours building the antena...
Well the rest of the turret with out problems. The steps...
I´m going to put some accesories in the tank before the paint. I Think, It looks like a few empty if I present the model alone.-
Cheers, Omar

Hi Pat!
I made the track sag with my fingers. In this kit the track cames piece by piece and You can give the position before the glue dry.
