how can i change the needle in my badger 200 airbrush,
my old one got bent by accident and although ive bought a new one, i dont know how to change it. and ive lost the instructions!

I'm not sure, but this is how both my Badger and Pasche AB work. Unscrew the extension behind the air line. It is likely colored. This will reveal a double screw set up. The outer one holds the needle in place. Draw the old one out. Becareful not to let the trigger come out of place. These are bears to get back in. Now, unscrew the nozzle and insert your new needle from the front of the AB to reducce the risk of again bending the needle. When it's pretty much all the way in, replace the nozzle. Genlty push the needle from the back of the AB to set it in the nozzle and tighten the set screw. Replace the handle. You should be set to go.

when you get there click on "Parts" for your style of brush, and check out the exploded view. First remove the rear cover (50-011). Underneath there are two nuts holding the needle in (50-027&50-010), turning the end nut (50-010) counterclockwise should release the needle. Then pull the needle out carefully. Just reverse this procedure for the new needle.
