I’m finishing a diorama which takes place in France at WWII with Dragon’s Early Jagdpanther (6494). I will use Miniart’s German Self-Propelled Gun Crew (35008) as figures. I wanna ask whether I must paint black and grey those figures as on the box or I must paint with Vallejo’s german uniform ?

Probably not gray or black,you would have to determine which unit the vehicle belonged to,if it was SS they would probably be in camo colors.
