Good morning Gents.
I know this is not really model related, but I just finished a great book that I'm sure you guys will want to check out. The book is called "Death Traps" by Belton Y. Cooper. Mr Cooper was a ordnance officer in the 3rd Armored Division in WWII. The book is about his experiences from Normandy until the end of the war. He goes into great detail on the recovery and repairs of the Division's armored force, including the introduction of the hedgehog device.
When I read a book like this I keep a notebook close by to write any project or dio ideas that the book may give. I filled half a notebook with ideas from this book! I got the book as a gift, but I sure any well stocked book store should have it.

Indeed, it is a very thought provoking read. Lots of dio ideas are easily formed from reading it. Most of which are not very pleasant.
If I may suggest another good book, if you liked that one is "The View from the Turret: The 743d Tank Battalion During World War II" by William B. Folkestad.
