Peter:
Best of my knowledge, RPM released that vehicle in 2 separate kits - one the "El Alamein" kit you are searching for, and the other simply named the 15cm.... SdKfz 135/1.
I think they are really the same kit - certainly in almost all ways. There MAY be some little detail included in one and not the other?
Both kits appear from time to time on evilbay and command quite varied prices. I think Squadron currently has the "other" kit in stock for around 33 bucks. There's probably a couple of other e-stores who'll have one or the other. Generally, they ask what seems a bit steep to me, but it is a fairly rare and odd kit, so... what the interested traffic will bear!
I picked up the "other" kit off EBay a couple years back - it's buildable and pretty cool, specially if you like those ex-French carrier-conversions and German open-top AFV. You'll probably want some tracks (some of the RPM lorraine-based kits have rubberbands and some have links..., I think these 15cm... kits have the bands. There may be an RPM link track set out there...) and it will need a little work... but again it's cool, so!
So... Patience! Just search the E and you'll pretty soon scare one up!
Cheers!

Ironside (Azimut Productions) also made one. Regardless, you will need the Fruil ATL-59 that includes new sprockets track shoes. Good hunting!
