Hi everyone. This is a build log of a in-progress diorama which I am building. Im hoping to complete this before christmas. It will feature a soldier from the 13th SS Handschar Division, which helped fight the Yugoslav partisans during mid-WW2.

I took advantage of the good weather today to shoot some primer and then paint the groundwork. The sand is baking soda glued on with a 50/50 mix of water and Bostik PVA. The rocks are from the garden and the helmet is from a Dragon kit. I have attached the groundwork to the wooden base.
