Hi all

I am going to be making a 1/48 dio with a sherman firefly (Tamyia) and a Crusader MK3 AA (Tamyia) based around operation Goodwood or Pomegranate.

Does anyone know where I would be able to buy some long grass or corn/wheat effect mats or scenery to make the base for the dio? Also I have seen some pictures of Fireflys etc with wheat/corn for camo does anyone know how I would be able to do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would go to ScenicExpress model railroad website as they have a ton of "0 Scale" stuff (1/48). The mininature/Silfor line is one of the best.

Thanks Greg, I'll have a look and see what they do

If anyone has any pictures or knows where I could find some of operation's Goodwoood and Pomegranate then it would be a big help, i've tried google etc but have'nt found many pictures with Fireflys in, loads with normal Shermans, Cromwells etc but not many Fireflys.
