How modern is modern? The BDUs and jungle boots don't necessarily mean "not today" as my unit is still authorised to wear both, I say that because most, if not all airborne units are using the center pull ripcord on the reserve now. Also, it's been ages since I've seen a weapons case as we jump exposed weapons, but I seem to recall it always being on the jumper's left side.
Does the figure come with the retention system for the helmet or do you need to add it?
Final note on painting-the static line goes through rubber retention bands. paint them a buff color, not green. And is it posible to bring the static line over his shoulder and hook it into the carrying strap on the reserve?
Can't wait to see it finished. It should look pretty impressive.

Modern is the title Of the The Model. Aries Modern US Paratrooper 1001. Mods were made and Creative License applied. Thanks for the feedback. Have a great Jump.
