Those 1/48 kits are great.I like your chipping tecnique as well as he dust buildup on the treads

I too dig the chipping, looks really good. This is my favorite of the 1/48 Shermans, I love the hull design.

The chipping is just a black and small brush. The dust is pigment powders brushed on and then pigment fixer is airbrushed on. That kind of fades it and just leaves the pigment exposed in the areas where the pigment collects deeper.
