Hi all Merry Christmas to you,
right before Christmas eve, Santa Claus a.k.a. Pacific Coast Hobbies deliverd me to Panda M-ATV kits.
Now I wonder if there are differences between an Army M-ATV and a USMC one?
Perhaps the have different types of Counter-IED systems.
Any input is appreciated.

Sorry to say this but to mount the crows2 you need some scratchbuild and also a new hatch,This type is not present(yet) on the market.
You can use the standard hatch but it's also incorrect, the one present in the kit and the others that are realized by other AM companies are wrong because they don't have the correct details about the opening system.
Cheers
Ciro

Hi all,
thank you for the input.
@ Olivier No problem with that, we only have to talk about the price!!
@ Frenchy SPARK sounds tempting, is the roller the same as on the HMMWV?
The Anti-RPG it even more tempting, but how to build it?
Cheers

OOOPS... My bad ! It seems I've confused the pictured roller for the SPARK...The one above is the "Panama City" mine roller, not the SPARK...Here's another view :
I've got a SPARK-fitted M-ATV picture I can send you if need be, but it shows a 10-wheel (4+4+6) variant of the SPARK, not the 8-wheel one (4+4) released by Blast Model...
The M-ATV can also be fitted with the SPARK II :

Can you even get the Blast models CROWS II anymore? It shows as deactivated on their website. I was hoping to pick one up for my M-ATV.

So I made my mind up. I build one truck from AFG with CROWS 2 and the detector microphone and one "OOTB" from JMTC Hohenfels. But before that, I have to finish some Korean War subjects. I also will wit `til the AM industry kicks in with PE and resin wheels
