You darn kit-converters....here's a challenge for you guys:
The Dutch Army has been using a M113 conversion, known as YPR-765 for years now. It's basic is a M113, but it's rebuilt on the exterior. all kinds of versions were built. Search the www and you know what I'm talking about. The YPR is short-Dutch for Pantser Rups (= AFV), where the Y represents the Dutch nationality.
In modelterms its a rare model. You hardly ever see one. Maybe becouse there aren't that much kits that are to be converted to a YPR-765.
If there are modelers around who wish to build such a conversion, I'll be happy to post some pics. I can also deliver usefull information about the diferent versions of the AFV as I've been an officer in the Dutch Army for 6 years and I've spent my whole Army career commanding the different YPR units.
So if there are any questions on the subject....just fire at me.

Yeah,
you're probably right. With some minor adjustmenst at makes a good YPR.
Since you know your models well, is there any kit avialable for the 120 mm Mortar (french HB Rayé type) ?
