Does anybody have any photos (or links to them) of a real KV-1 hull adapted as a tow vehical

I've just about finished putting one together out of a Trumpeter Hull (how could I have lost the turret? It's huge but it's gone and won't be found), mainly based on a few text descriptions suggesting a steel plate with hatches was slapped over the turret ring, plus the pictures of the PST kit below

While I'm happy with progress so far If i'm going to tweak it I'd rather do it before I paint......

Many thanks, it looks like I need a few fuel tanks and extra tow ropes so it's off to the spares box
