I built one of these years ago, the EIFV variant. Curious why you are doing it all from scratch and not combining two 113 hulls. Excellent job though, looks great.

Very nice scratch building.
I wonder if the PSM M113 G3 EXT hull would work as a starting point as well?

Steve, they aren't quite the same beast. Check out the drive sprocket area, the raised sprocket changes the angle of the lower glacis, and that then changes the upper glacis. I believe the idler is also mounted higher than the 113.

Great work Paul. I've been wondering where I'd see the first MTV family scratch.
Are you going with the MTVE version?

Graeme, It is actually a master to all variants with the full hull. I am going to try my hand at pressure casting.

That's welcome news! A resin MTV series would fill a large void in the Canadian stable.

Nice clean work, what time frame are we looking at?
cheers
One of the serious problems in planning against Canadian doctrine is that the Canadians do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligations to follow their doctrine.

I haven't set a time frame at this point. The first step is to get a good hull and basis for all of the variations of track, armour , weapon stain and so on. Next step is final drives and running gear.
