I need help in determining what Vallejo Model Color paints to use for a Caunter Scheme and Sand/Dark Brown camo for the British in North Africa. I ordered DOA colors but the paint is of no use for brushing. A shame since the colors appear to be right. The colors I need to match are Light Stone, Portland Stone, Slate, Silver Grey and Dark Brown.
Any help would be appreciated. I have a Mk III Valentine II on the bench ready for the camo paint and decals, pin wash etc for the Allied Armour Campaign and am stuck.
Thanks
Ralph

Ralph,
Check out this paint conversion chart -

Lifecolor make the Caunter and desert colors in their "Middle East British Vehicle Camouflage" set, so you can just check off Lifecolor and Vallejo, find the color on the Lifecolor list, and see the corresponding color on the Vallejo MC list.

Thanks Matt;
I was suprised with the trouble I had with DOA after the reviews I had read. I am wondering what I did wrong. Anyway, I was able to make the Dark Brown work. Thank you for the link to the color chart.
