I see AFV and DML are coming out with 251's (about 4/5 of them). Does anyone have release dates for these kits?

It is only early October and I am sure that the local hobby shops will ahve them before Christmas. Besides, I betcha they want these for the Christmas selling season.....

Are you talking about the 250 series recon halftracks or the 251 series troop transporter? The site ref above goes to a SdKfz 250/1 early pattern.

I saw a picture of a DML 1/35 SdKfz 251/1 Ausf C on the Great Models Webstore page; release date supposedly sometime this year. You can't tell much from just a boxtop, but it has to be an improvement over the prehistoric Tamiya 251C.

Howdy capt-caveman, and welcome to the site.

Thx for the pic. Is that the final box art or?
Also, I wonder how much? And will it have as many parts as the Dragon version?

Tread.
