The factory design documentation on the heavy tank t-10, is-4 is on sale. The Complete set of drawings on the case, a tower, running.

Documents are in Russia. But I will send even on the world's end.The complete set from drawings on the scale of 1/5, all with the sizes.

You must be joking. If you're a regular here, you'll see guys kvetching about US$60 models. US$20K? Seriously? New cars don't cost that much. $50-100 is more in the ball park. Also, without some samples to confirm authernticity, it sounds like a scam. Finally, aren't the blueprints Russian state property? I think they'd be interested in how and why you are selling them. So unless you are an authorized dealer, you (or whoever acquired these drawings) are guilty of theft (or possibly dealing in stolen goods). Maybe I'm totally off base here, but my Brooklyn sense is tingling here and it just don't smell right.

There is no I don't joke. I consider the given price justified. The given prize расчитан on firms-manufacturers of models.
In due time for the complete set on is-4 and t-10 I have given Audi а6.
Drawings don't contain military secret, the classified information.

"Case" у него, конечно же, корпус. А "Running", надо полагать, ходовая часть.
