who else besides the old set by tamiya still makes those figures?

There are quite a few 8th Army figure sets.

Tamiya's old 25 PDR gun and crew.


Dragon does a couple sets.



Master Box has a few sets.




And the cast from Sahara, which includes Brit and Commonwealth troops from N. Africa.
