I need some help with the kind of numbers that were used on the Tigers of this div.Did they use white solid,white outline,black.... I'm planning on making a 1943 Feb production,grey with a winter white wash. Thanks for the help.

I am slightly baffled by the title "3rd SS Totenkopf". I don't believe they were ever the 3rd anything.

maybe this would make sense.3rd SS panzer division "DEATH HEAD" totenkopf. DEATHS HEAD meaning the marking that looks like a skull,what kind of turret numbers would they have,solid white,thin white outline,solid black....i hope this clears it up im finding alot out but nothing on the type of numbers that they had on the turrets.

From the period you are talking about; early '43, the Tigers belonged the 4/.SS.Pz.Reg.3 'Totenkopf'.
These Tigers all had solid Black numbers.

Your only problem might be that all 9 of the 4.Ko Tigers were delivered in Jan'43. Making them a little earlier than your planned Feb'43 production build.
Maybe you could backdate your build a little?

The next delivery of 'Totenkopf' Tigers wasn't until May'43,
at which time the 4th Company had changed to the 9/.SS.Pz.Reg.3.
