Yep Frenchy

That is the pic Nick has already. You are normally the man who can when it comes to pulling rabbits out of the hat !!!!!!!!!!

It will be great to see Nick's model go forward as I know he will really do it justice !!!!!!!!

Nice subject and really like the look of those trucks in the background too.

HURRY UP NICK and get this one going !!!!

Hi Nige

If you're interested, I can send you a few pics of WW2 French Army ambulances (providing you don't have F. Vauvillier's book )

OOooooooooooooo That would be useful !!!!!!

I have a Citroen Taxi that I wonder if it would make a good conversion subject. HAd thought of something commandeered into Luftwaffe or Wermach service. But an Ambulance might be an easy job if you have pics.

Merci Lots

Hi Ian

Frenchy has been kind enough to pass on some great pics of ambulances based on the chassis of Renault trucks similar to the Citroen C4 hotel taxis I have.

Afraid nothing on the bus conversion at the moment, but if I know Frenchy, he is probably hitting keys right now trying to find some.

He seems to find some amazing pics for folks when they themselves have been looking for ages.

The pics were great Frenchy and gives me plenty food for thought.

You're welcome Nige, but I've afraid the bar is set too high for me this time. I've found this picture on several forums but this very converted bus appears to be a one-of-a-kind beast...

Here's a restored C4-based "ambulance" :

Disclaimer : I can't vouch for the historical accuracy of this one Nige Maybe it belonged to the Defense Passive ?

I think, this magazine will be useful for Renault TN bus modellers:
