CA glue. "Super Glue." Thin and thick versions depending.

Depends on what you are gluing them to.
Etch to etch, soldering is strongest and most durable
Etch to kit 'super glue or CA (cyrano-yadda-de-da) is fast (accellerator is available the sets it instantly as well), small amounts will do, but lacks shear strength. Hit the part sideways and it may come off.
two part epoxy is strong, but you need more of it and it is slower to dry. There is no Zip kicker for epoxy.
For smaller non-load bearing etch assemblies, I really like Gator Glue, sold through a guy over on the shipbuilders board here. Water based, but stronger than Elmers white school glue.
But I have had Canadian friends order it during the winter and have problems with it freezing in the post.

starting out, i would suggest a medium type of super glue. (thick). it will give you a few seconds to set the piece. if you use thin, it sets almost instantly. so, if you mis placed the part, its going to be a nightmare to remove.
