I am about to order some Friul tracks for my Dragon T-34/85. My question is: will there be extra track links in the Friul set to add on to the front of the tank under the driver's hatch? I have purposefully left them off because I assumed there would be extra links in the Friul pack. Or should I put the links from the Dragon kit onto the front of the tank? Thanks for your help.

Based on my experience with two Russian AFV's, there will be extra Fruil links available after completing the left and right side tread runs, perhaps 5-8 per side. Like you are planning to do, I have used these extra's to apply to the vehicles as "spare links".

You always get extra links in the fruils sets, enough to make a few short runs of track for spares etc.
