Pretty bummed as I spent £55 on the resin MMK version last year, but i'm sure this will appeal to many people, hopefully it will develop beyond the stock photo stage soon.

Chris,

I started building mine Chris (unfortunately other commitments got in the way). The suspension parts are a little rough and require some extensive clean up, instructions are pretty vague for this part as well. I've pretty much reached the stage of starting the interior. I'm not too fussed about the Italeri kit tbh, the MMK is a real gem and definitely one of the best resin kits i've encountered. I guess the beauty of this release (if it comes) is the ease of construction and it gives me a chance to build other versions without spending lots on more resin kits.

Rob,
I got the resin kit too and made a review of it (on my site)that led me to assess it not as a gem. Yes, it looks good out of the box but when you compare it to pics of the true one (Italian one), you can see a lot of flaws some of which being a bit tricky to fix.
If you want to build it as a foreign LMV you've even more work to do.
But I'm really happy to have it as I got it for quite cheap (50euros).
Now I'm waiting for Italeri to release the Panther versions as I certainly will not buy the resin ones.

Olivier-I have the British CLV version, but I guess its basically similar to the Italian version. Admittedly there are a few errors, the front windows you mention and the bonnet side plates on the CLV version, the interior is missing all the electronic equipment on the CLV version. But I still maintain its a good kit. The detail on the CLV version is very good and features excellent non slip texture, many fine details, good detail and texturing on the rear cargo compartment. The etch set provided is comprehensive as well, I especially like the colour etch thats provided. On the whole I think it offers good value for money and provides a very sound representation of the vehicle.

...well....who knows?

Their market policy has always puzzled me

For example I think they should stop with the old mold refurbishments and they should start producing something totally new.

So If eventually they made the Lince, it would be a great piece of news indeed

Has anyone heard anything more about the LMV from Italeri recently? It seems to have gone very quiet on that front.
