AFV Club/HobbyFan have just posted some pictures on their Facebook page of some new 1/35 resin WW2 USMC figures soon to be released.
LVT gunners:
USMC beach landing:
Cant comment on the accuracy of uniforms and equipment, but these look rather nice. Pleasing to see the USMC getting some attention again, its a shame Warriors closed up shop and ceased producing their USMC figures.

The beach landing guys are modeled after the National Museum of the USMC's Tarawa diorama, the full scale one. Very cool.

The figures with boxes look nice ... very handy to pose in the LVT, and give the needed height, but Im wondering if these boxes are necessary? Somebody posted an image last week of platform fixed to the insdie walls that could be lowered from each side, and with a row of ammo boxes in the middle, the whole floor was raised. The boxes modelled here dont cater for the side 30 cals. Wonder if there is some standard here???
Thanks for posting Rob. Glad Ive seen these figures ... gives me another option on what to do with mines ... still havent settled on how I will pose it!!
