OK, I just got a ResiCast Morris CS9 Armoured Car kit. There is a pretty good interior included, and the molding of the resin is excellent!

But I'm not sure about the radio included. I've been looking at quite a few websites with info and photos of various marks of British wireless sets from WWII, and none of the photos seem to "fit" the kit's radio.

Does anybody know what kind of radio is being represented in the ResiCast kit? Or some references on how connections went to it for Tannoy, speaker, etc.?

Below is an image of the ResiCast radio:

Hi John,

Have a read here.

http://www.network54.com/Forum/47208/thread/1327859295/Brisith+radio

It would be worth sending George Mooore an email as George did the master. The type of radio should be listed on the Parts List of the instructions.

Hope that helps.

Hi, i only just recently noticed this post.

It is a No9 radio set that is photographed in both BEF and North Africa versions.

Details of this set can be found on the Wireless for Warriors web site, sorry I cannot make the link myself.

What few photographs of the Morris are about, show this radio set installed.

George.
