Hello to all M113 fans

am in the process to achieve one of the M113 and M577 versions used by SWAT or county Police and particularly this one from Calhoun county .
Is there some one having a rear pic to check if there are some markings applied on that area ??

Thsi is some pic about my model ( apologise pic quality !!) http://gallery.kitmaker.net/showgallery.php?cat=27309&catp=turrimop

Many thanks for any help on this

Here is the rear of one of their similarly marked M113. The M577 should be the same.

It is a sandy color, no telling what the exact color is. Your pick will probably be close enough.

I'd take a decal sheet if it covered several vehicles & counties with some extra badges etc

Planning a V-100, M-113, NASA M-113 "Thunderbirds" (capsule rescue).

Need 1/35th Police light-bar too

couldn't enter that gallery -- requires a **password** so I guess it's really, really Top Secret & National Security sensitive

I do like your M-557, Mic113. Is there a list of Police decals in 1/32nd or 1/24th that actually fit 1/35th kits ?? Most look to be too big.

I can recommend the MBI publicatins book "Special Police Vehicles" by Larry Shapiro. It has a few good photos of armour in Dark-Blue as well as the usual trucks & operations-busses.

Greetings,

I'm also a big fan of the Police versions of the venerable M113. Where did you get hold of the decals for the vehicles? Is it commercially avilable and if so from whom? I wouldn't mind giving a couple of those a crack myself. Keep up the excellent work.
